Introduction to the use and daily maintenance of large inkjet printers

What preparations need to be done before using the inkjet printer, and what maintenance work needs to be done when printing.

What to do before printing:

1. After turning on the device, check whether the device self-test is successful.

2. Set the necessary parameters in the printing software, mainly including: setting the automatic cleaning frequency, times, mode and flash frequency; printing color bars on the edge of the material; setting the distance of the white edge;

3. After setting the parameters, print the nozzle state diagram, print offset, step offset, and adjust the nozzle and offset value to the best state;

4. Before the official printing, use multiple passes to print a small picture. The advantage of this is that the nozzles can be preheated, thereby increasing the fluidity of the ink.

5. If the heating is on, it is recommended to test the steps first to avoid dimension length issues. Different materials will also have slightly different stretch rates at different temperatures.

Printing maintenance work:

1. After spraying a picture every time, the nozzle should be cleaned in time;

2. During normal printing, check the surroundings of the machine frequently to ensure that the heating temperature is normal and that there is no foreign matter on the surface of the working platform of the machine; carefully listen to whether there is any abnormal sound during the printing of the machine, otherwise stop the machine to find out the reason;

3. If there is any peculiar smell in the nose, if there is a burnt smell, it should be stopped for inspection;

What to do after shutdown:

Use cleaning liquid to clean the ink stains on the bottom plate of the spray car, nozzle and suction plate; dump the waste ink and wipe off the ink stains on the machine. Check the ink cartridges to make sure they are sealed.

Correct use, coupled with regular maintenance, can make the inkjet printer print better and have a longer service life.
