What are the daily maintenance strategies for the wall painting machine? What should be paid attention to in the daily use of the wall painting machine? There should be many friends who are not very familiar with this aspect. .
1. When the wall painting machine is working normally, it is forbidden to rinse the nozzle with cleaning fluid.
2. When the wall painting machine is not used for more than three days, use a moisturizing liquid to flush the ink inside the nozzle. (When flushing the nozzle with a syringe, the force should be as small as possible. Do not use too much force, because there is an ink sac in the nozzle. If the force is too high, the ink sac will be washed out. It is recommended to use a 10 ml syringe.)
3. When the print head is not used for more than seven days, rinse the print head ink with moisturizing liquid (until there is no residual ink in the print head), then seal it with plastic wrap, and put it in a cool and dry place.
4. It is forbidden to rinse the cleaning liquid and soak the nozzle for a long time. The nozzle cannot be immersed in the cleaning liquid as a whole.
5. Note when shutting down and sealing the nozzle:
(1) Wipe the surface of the nozzle with a non-woven fabric;
(2) Then seal the small frame as a whole with plastic wrap;
(3) After wrapping the plastic wrap, carefully check whether there is air leakage into the surface of the nozzle (if there is air leakage, re-seal the nozzle).
6. It is recommended not to construct in strong wind or rain, with as little dust as possible (because the dust will damage the print head/ink/board to a certain extent).
7. The trolley track should be regularly applied with sewing oil, and the track should be cleaned regularly; the track should be cleaned with alcohol at intervals, and then the sewing machine oil should be applied to avoid damage to the track and slider caused by too much dust for a long time.
8. The ink in the ink bottle should be sealed.
9. To maintain the nozzle regularly, use PE plastic wrap to seal the nozzle.
10. Do not turn on and off frequently, so as not to cause damage to the machine board.
11. Do a good job in preventing rodents in the workshop. (Rats may enter various running parts of the printer, causing short circuits. Note: Damage caused by rodents is not covered by the warranty.)
